hey guys--
yeah, this week was good. things here are classy as usual, and i don´t have any really big news or stories this week. i did survive transfers though. i´m staying in campos another 6 weeks at least, which should be fun. my comp is also staying with me, and so did Elder Ekstrom. so the only thing that actually changed was Elder Maier who left, and now Elder Ekstrom´s comp is Elder Miola, a Brazilian who´s pretty cool. He´s cool, but he´s actually got fairly white skin for a brazilian, and i was hoping that he´d be super super black like Robinho from the Brazilan nation team. I don´t know why but those black guys are so chill and hilarious. Miola is still cool, but those black guys are awesome.
Our investigators are also doing good. If you guys remember about the one family i told you about last week (all 5 of them are awesome and were at church), well this week was also good for them. We invited the daughters to come to mutual on Wednesday to get to know the members, and one of them (Glacie) was there. But then Thursday night, when we passed by the church, Glacie was there again attending seminary. I was like: "what!? who does she think she is? who invited her here to seminary and doesn´t she know its for members? she´s not even baptized." yeah. she just randomly showed up for seminary, so that´s cool.
well, this week has been going good. thanks for everything that you guys do. you´re awesome. i´m so grateful to be here in brasil helping people, and i know that this church is true. this is a gospel of happiness--that God loves us and wants us to return to Him again. As i help others i am so happy to have this oppurtunity, to share it with others, and to have the Spirit with me. Keep it classy. Love:
Elder Tasso
