So...this week has been really good. everything is going pretty fast now, and i´ve only got two more weeks till i´m finally leaving the CTM and i´m in Vitória! yeah! its gonna be awesome. i´m really excited and i can´t wait for everyday to be like it was a couple weeks ago when we went proselyting. OH, and we go proselyting again this friday. this time, instead of just walking around in the little area around the CTM, they bus us into the city and we rock out in the super-crowded heart of São Paulo. anyway... its cool.
oh, and here´s something cool that happened today: so last week, i was playing some sort of soccer-volleyball game during lunch, and i somehow shattered the glass on the watch that i got from missionary mall, which isn´t surprising, but still.
so anyway, today, i bought an awesome one. its bright yellow, cost 15Rs, and says X-Games on the face and Watch on the wristband. duh. its super big and bulky but its cool. i´m not sure what i think of it yet and i have no idea how quality it is cause i only bought it 15 mins ago, but i´ll give you updates.
also, i found out about the new Vitória mission and the boundaries and stuff: i´m not sure if i´ve already said this or something, but basically the mission isn´t changing. we still have half the city of Rio which is awesome, and everything else is the same, except maybe they added a little bit more land on the north part of the mission. but essentially, my mission starts in Rio, and it just shoots up the coast, 450 miles. what is different is the mission home. it used to be in Rio, which was a pain for the missionaries in the north who´d have to travel 450 miles each way. but now the mission home is in Vitória, which is in the center of the mission. its on the coast, and its super super sweet from the pics i´ve seen. anyway, so that´s it. and here´s the mission address:
